DOT testing follows the federal procedures in 49 CFR Part 40 and applies to safety-sensitive employees in DOT-regulated industries. Non-DOT testing is defined by an employer's own policy and offers more flexibility in panels and procedures. We support both.

49 CFR Part 40 is the U.S. Department of Transportation regulation that sets the procedures for drug and alcohol testing across all DOT-regulated industries. Each DOT agency (such as FMCSA) adds its own rules for who is tested and when.

Yes. We bring collections directly to your workplace, school, or approved location, with nationwide coordination available through our partner network.
